If you request early access to private guidance, we collect your email address, the service you are interested in, and any optional first name, primary concern, or short note you submit. Please avoid including names or identifying details about other people in the note.

The relationship assessment and the “Ask Silas” guide run in your browser. We do not save the answers you enter into those tools through the site. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as your IP address and request data, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use early-access submissions to keep track of your interest, send a notification to our inbox, respond to you, and email you when the option you selected becomes available. You can ask us to stop contacting you by replying to an email or writing to the address above.

Who handles it

Submissions are stored with our website hosting service. We use Resend to deliver submission notifications to the Silas Grey inbox, so the information in your submission is included in that email. Our service providers may process the information needed to operate these functions. We do not sell the information you submit through the early-access form.

Payments for the Written Strategy Response are handled by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number through this website. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms. If you purchase written guidance, we use the email and intake you send us to deliver the response and handle any service or refund request.

Retention and requests

We keep submissions while we need them to manage requests and correspondence, subject to applicable legal obligations. Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. We may need to retain limited information when required by law or to resolve a dispute.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site and its services change. The effective date above will change when we publish an update.
